Travel to Batu Caves, Selangor and discover one of the most popular tourist attraction as well as Hindu Temple in Malaysia that attracts millions of people and worshipers during the annual festival of Thaipusam. Batu Caves is essentially a limestone outcrop that has 3 main caves that features temples and Hindu shrines and you will be able to see one of the tallest statue of the Hindu God at the entrance. To go in temple, you will need to walk up 272 steps and along the way; you will end up seeing a few monkeys around the area. Besides being famous for its Hindu temple, Batu Caves is also a famous spot for rock climbing.

Getting there

By car or taxi – You may take a car or taxi as Batu Caves is situated near the main highway of MRR2 in Batu Caves area.

KTM komuter – One can also take the KTM Komuter train service from KL Sentral to Batu Caves.

Monorail and bus – From KL Sentral, you may take the monorail service to Titiwangsa station.
