Travel to National Mosque, KL now and get a chance to view the beauty and one of the pioneer mosques in Malaysia. With a capacity to hold a crowd of 15,000 worshippers, this mosque was specially designed and built in the year 1965 by a team from Malaysians Hisham Albakri and Baharuddin Kassim and the Public Works Department – UK architect Howard Ashley. The mosque is also beautifully situated among colorful gardens. Indeed, the National Mosque in KL has a touch of modernity as well as boldness that signifies the new independent Malaysia.
