Getting there

By Road – Take the North-South Expressway and head north towards Pera, and exit at the Bidor toll plaza. You will need to follow signboards stating Pelabuhan Lumut or Lumut Naval Base. You will then need to trail signboards to Teluk Intan, Sitiawan and Pulau Pangkor.

By Sea – The ferry ride to Pangkor is a 40-minute ride from Lumut and there are departures every half hour.

By Rail – Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) or Malayan Railway offers easy and reasonable rail services from Kuala Lumpur to Alor Setar and Arau.
