Perlis State Park
Travel to Perlis State Park which has Wang Mu Forest Reserve and Mata Ayer Forest Reserve along the as its situated near the lengthiest unceasing range of limestone hills in the country, known as Nakawan Range which is 36km long. Situated laterally the western border of Perlis as it meets Thailand, Perlis State Park wishes to protect, conserve, educate, research the flora, fauna and the nature for a great understanding and better place to discover. Gua Kelam and Gua Wang Burma which is located within the 500 year-old Setul limestone formation is one of the famous attractions here to. The park is also very unique in its own way on how its only semi-deciduous forest displays marked changes during the dry season, as the leaves fall in the country.
By Road – From the North-South (PLUS) Highway, you will need to take the exit via Changlun and take the Changlun-Kuala Perlis highway to Kangar. From Kangar, just proceed towards Padang Besar – Wang Kelian. Continue your journey heading towards Kaki Bukit Town and you will see Visitor Park Centre along the way.
